I’ve always wondered…
… does all the food from cooking and baking competitions get thrown out at the end of the show? Aren’t there hungry interns on the set who need a meal? That’s a lot of food to waste. :-\

I used pumpkin pie filling and reduced the amount of chocolate soy milk and oil added to my cupcakes. The product [topped with cream cheese frosting] is very delicious! :-D
**I’m not talented enough to make my mix from scratch hence the Betty Crocker white cake mix with some vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a fine twist of salt.

I wonder if Smucker’s Magic Shell would work as a drizzle for cupcake frosting…. mmmm….. or better yet, as a filling in the middle of the cupcake.
I should probably stop reading blogs about and watching shows revolving around cupcakes and cakes for a while. I get too many ideas and not enough time to make everything.

Hopefully these will taste good? I have an addiction to vegetarian and vegan desserts. Well, honestly, I am a dessert addict of all kinds; however, since my vegan carrot cake cupcake bliss at Chocolate Fish a few years back I have a preference for vegan desserts. Don’t believe how good it is? Go there and try one! Of course, I do have a soft spot for my full-on dairy desserts too. I’m not prejudice.
