I really hope I’m not woken up by another earthquake.
Protesters being tear-gassed at Occupy Oakland.
Wow… I wasn’t there tonight but I have participated in similar peaceful protests in #Oakland, and I am appalled at this. I can’t believe the local government thought this was a reasonable reaction.
I know sympathizers of the PD will reference our past protests, but this [expression] was part of a national movement and there was no evidence showing that tonight was anything but peaceful.
I think the heaving gets me most. I’m sorry that happened. :-\
