My dad went to high school with this guy Richard. Richard and his wife Jan have been family friends for as long as I can remember. Their youngest son slept with half my high school and is now married to a girl that led my husband on for a few years. Anyway, their family holiday tradition isn’t a Christmas card. No, no. It’s a family newsletter written by Jan (the matriarch) and the editor-in-chief is God (seriously, it’s written on there).
I like Christmas cards but this newsletter is so egotistical. Blah…
Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination, released some details on his flat tax proposal. The plan would give Americans the option of determining their taxes based on an alternate system that has one tax rate and fewer deductions. Tax Policy Center, a nonpartisan joint venture of the Urban Institute and the Brookings Institution, to help calculate how Mr. Perry’s proposal might affect different kinds of American families. Roberton Williams, a senior fellow there, kindly crunched some numbers using what’s known about the new proposal.The chart below shows a few different types of families — single, married with children, head of household with children, and retired — and what kind of tax liabilities they would face under current law and under Mr. Perry’s alternative system. I just “defriended” someone I was friends with in high school pageantry. She made a PRO ANA reference in her update regarding her being at the gym and I just couldn’t tolerate it. On top of that, she recently photoshopped her pictures to make it look like she had gained weight because she thought it would be “funny” to be fat.
I’m sorry but managing to insult people struggling with eating disorders and [people who are active in] the FA movement in one update is grounds for deletion. We don’t have the same sense of humor or the same views on body acceptance, and I can’t imagine how she evolved into such a superficial individual. Actually, scratch that… I know how she can do it and that makes me despise her.

You did not make me feel bad for the rich people who don’t pay their multi-million dollar mortgages. In fact, you just pissed me off more…. This guy hasn’t paid his mortgage in two years! My friend was receiving threatening calls from her mortgage broker after two months of late payments (not non-payments). Socioeconomic favoritism there, like always.
